"Everything was GREAT, however I think that the breakfast offerrings can be improved based on the price charged when compared to other hotel breakfast offerrings and definitly there is a need for more washer/dryer laundry unites ... the 2 combo unites cannot servive that entire hotel....it was like playing hide and seek and catch to be able to wash and dry clothing !"

"This is a beautiful hotel with the utmost consideration to detail and service. The staff provided excellent customer service, always with patience and smiles! The hotel is located within a comfortable walking distance to the train and subway, as well as the wonderful Nishiki Market. Being able to do laundry was a great convenience! "Magnificent stay. This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. All staff were extremely helpful and even helped me contact the JR rail people after I left my passport on the train. The spa is amazing, and the location cannot be beat. I was genuinely sad to leave. "
