"Extremely convenient location! Easy walk to Bayswater circle and district lines and also to Queensway red line and buses. Nice bed configuration for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a double bed for parents and 2 singles for our kids ages 8 and 10, which they enjoyed. Interior seemed like it needs updating but to the room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but updated and shower was great! Beds came with 2 pillows each and plenty of tea and coffee. No fridge or microwave. Overall a very pleasant stay for 2-3 nights. We would stay again! "

"The location is brilliant, hotel is great for the price. We had 2 double rooms, one was a a small double bed, not big enough for 2 adults and the other room has 2 single beds pushed together to make a big double. If your booking its maybe best to select a twin rather than having a tiny bed. Everything was fine, I feel the reviews are very harsh. I would definitely stay again and recommend. "

"The hotel was very clean, and nice. The bathroom looked recently renovated and it was really nice, and the room had air condioning which was nice because it was hot in London. Only negative was the lobby area was a bit cramped and the lift was very slow. "
