"Great staff and food. We unfortunately left a lost item and the hotel went to extra efforts to send by postal mail to our Americas address. Fantastic efforts to return the lost items for which we are very thankful. This was our second time staying a week or more and will certainly stay during a future trip to Bali!"

"This resort is in a prime location, food and beverage are delicious and well priced (even for a resort!) and compared to others around here. Beautiful beach (although it can be rough. Close to nusa dua town for other dining options. The staff are the highlight, nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. From breakfast staff, to cleaning, bar and wait staff. They are all so friendly and accomodating."
