"This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Great view of the Chicago River. The staff was warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We would gladly stay here again on a future trip! "

"Property was great and staff as well. My only caveat was that their restaurant only had to go breakfast, and when the bed in my room broke, I was downgraded. The staff was great though and was given a late check out at no additional charge. "

"This hotel is enormous. I was blown away by the shear size and openness of it! The only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the hallways, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage around on it. The room was very comfortable and bed soft. I usually have a difficult time sleeping in hotels, but not this one! The breakfast, while at an extra fee, was WELL worth the price! The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I have been to several hotels around the O'Hare Airport and this hotel is my absolute favorite. I need to look into their rewards program, because this is where I will be staying every time I travel in and out of Chicago. :) "
