"The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a 3 star hotel. We had no complaints there. Did not use other facilities. "

"Restaurant not that busy on the evening. We were told to take a seat and then we were ignored. After around 10 minutes I had to get the waiter over. Placed our order. Starters came and when eaten we were again just ignored. Had to chase down staff again for service. Mains came, not what we ordered. Then after that was corrected had to wait ages for the bill. Having worked in hospitality myself I know what it is like. The staff seemed to have no pride in providing a quality service, very poor in that respect, but the food, when they got it right, was acceptable."

"Someone rang the bell on our room then walked in 5 seconds later without any approval to ask if we wanted some milk. No hotel worker should be able to let themselves in to your room unannounced. Also had people banging on our door and screaming in the hall at 1-2am. Had some really nice stays here previously but this stay was really uncomfortable. "

"Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!"

"This hotel had a great location for the airport, very easy and accessible. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise great food, which made for a great evening before our flight the next day and our last evening in the UK."

"You get what you pay for in the Ropewalks. Budget friendly, close to the nightlife action, shopping and docks. it does what it says on the tin. The only downside is the noise from the bars and clubs. But it does go away. Also floor 3 smelt a bit of weed. On the upside the beds are comfy and the and the staff are happy. "
