"Great hotel for the conference centre. Young friendly team.on reception who give a great welcome and happy to help as needed. Room was comfortable with a kettle and tea and coffee sachets. You could open the window enough to get air. There were no drawers for smaller items of clothing but shelves in the wardrobe made up for it. Have stayed here twice and would certainly stay again."

"I was moved to a twin room instead of a queen and then told they had no ability to move me back. Also not enough staff on reception at check out or check in."
