"Overall property condition is pretty new and very clean, bathroom is a bit small but setup very creatively to maximize space utilization. Location is close to tram tracks, so can be a bit noisy. Room has a washer only, no dryer, limited hangers to dry clothes maybe provide a foldable drying rack so that guests can put it out on the balcony in the summer or in the room as the room is pretty spacious (we have kids so we have more clothes to wash) "

"Very modern decor. About 7 minute drive to historic district and ropeway. No restaurants in hotel but lots of eating choices within walking distance. Near train station. Our room had a free washer/dryer combination unit with detergent which we really appreciate as we were in the middle of a two week road-trip."
