I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a nice infinity pool qnd the room was excellent. Service from staff was also excellent. I found the beach was smaller than the photos had suggested and the hotel doesnt offer car rental - we had thought there was car rentals there only you need to be from Japan to rent those cars. I saw a little pile of dust/dirt behind the beds. The location is a bit remote, so you will need a car. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed in room 386, and from the very first moment, we were in love. The hotel is pure luxury in every sense impeccable facilities, elegant décor, and every corner designed for maximum comfort. The staff was incredibly kind, always attentive to every detail, and their warmth made our stay even more special. We truly felt at home. We also had the chance to go on a snorkeling tour, and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide ( I can’t remember his name) but he was incredibly kind and responsible, making sure we had the best experience from the very start. It was amazing. We will definitely be coming back soon. Great resort feel away from business of Naha. We rented a vehicle so access was no problem while Family Mart is just a km and half down the road so no issues there neither. Beautiful in/out door pool and lagoon area for kids and more. Dine in/out no issues with several walkable restaurants in the area.
