"The property was clean. However, had to call front desk as air conditioner wasn’t working well. Staff tried to fix it to no avail. They offered another room, but I was too tired to repack. I was given a fan. The room was uncomfortably warm all night. VIP access benefits is a crock of crap 💩 in japan. ..."
