Toko Geoffrey at reception Katayama massage therapist and Myu at the spa area. The location is right at the entrance of Ebisu bridge street for shopping and dining. "The hotel is right at the train station near Osaka Airport. Super convenient for after a long flight. Super nice room, very modern. Was able to have the hotel forward 2 suit cases to our next destination very easily and for only around $30 US (bags had to be sent 5hrs away). Would definitely stay here again."
