Lack of housekeeping only one clean in the two weeks I was there. Mouldy shower with rusty overhead nozzle. Bed basic hard thin mattress and poor quality linen. "I have staying at this property for over 27 years as a Corporate Client excepting 2023 and 2024. I have been very comfortable with the entire staff at the front desk, conceirge and the bell captains and all others. They are extremely helpful polite and patient with you. The conceirge head this time was Raymond and I had to go to him to him for his advice 4/5 times and he always had the solutions. "
