Stayed at the Kutai room (number 1) and it was perfect size for couple (also includes a single bed too for a young child). The room is absolutely gorgeous and clean! The hotel is situated on a fantastic private beach. The hotel service is one of the best we have exerienced, friendly, competent professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and compfortable, situated a little way up the mountain from the beach.

Let me be clear, Berjaya Langkawi Resort is not for everyone. It's not a resort with all 5-star amenities or shinning new decors or middle of city night life. Nice hotel, closer to the airport. Feels like in the middle of nowhere, so a good break from your every day hustle. Good for a short stay of 2-3 days. Hotel have no kitchen but breakfast was provided which was tasty and adequate, but was same for both days. Pool is clean and water is salty as it's a natural disinfectant.
