"Hotel is perfectly located in Venice. The room had an amazing view of the canal. Breakfast was great. The only reason I didn’t not give 5 starts is simply because the bed was two twin beds put together and that was uncomfortable and the carpets were a bit dirty. The staff at the front were very helpful, however the tall young gentlemen was not very warm or welcoming. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable."
