Not direct beach front, need to walk

Very friendly staff, great snorkeling, wonderful (Penghulu) house Monkeys, lizards and squirrels could be watched right outside the house, much to the childrens pleasure. The hotel is very private and secluded, so we could get a break from hectical Singapore city life. Food and drinks were good as well. It would be better for travellers who have their own vehicle. There's room of improvement for their wifi as its signal is weak and rather unstable.

The house is clean and sweet. The security is straight so it's safe to stay. l will booking and stay again for next trip. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed out 3D2N stay at Mangala. The resort manager granted us a discount to upgrade to the Vana pool villa which was available at that time. Great villa to stay in. Very quiet and private, and enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower the most. Staff at the resort were attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a very positive experience.

Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!

Best hotel in Cameron Highlands. Very quiet place away from busy Tanah Rata town. You can do a nice hike to one of the Boh Tea plantations. You can hear the sound of the nature instead of big cities. Staff was very friendly. Excellent fresh food with local vegetables. Every morning lots of fresh strawberries.

We like the low density of 30 villas and layout of the villas. As its on the hillside , there buggy service to transport you everywhere and they are prompt and service excellent. The room service, buffet very tasty .. compliments to the chefs . Its exclusive and private , different from the conventional 4-5star hotels . 10mins ride to enjoy turtles laying eggs on the beach. Arrived at 4am and had the staff and security greeting us like royalty at the entrance. Love the rooms, we booked the interconnecting room and it was very big, clean.

We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. Pristine, powdery white sand just steps from our room. The resort provided plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas, so we never had to fight for a spot. Our recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped here, we were met with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the entire vacation.

Owner was very helpful and friendly. She ensured that our stay is smooth and never hesitate to help on our requests. Room was overall clean though there isn't much food choices nearby.

Pretty and old style accommodation with outstanding service

Compared to Zenith Hotel the quality is about the same but the price at Vistana is better. Major differences are that the car park is outdoor at Vistana whereas it's indoors at the convention center attached to Zenith. The outdoor car parkis big and seemed save as it's overlooked by the hotel lobby. There isn't much next door to Vistana but it's just a 5 mins drive to the mall that's across the road from Zenith.
