"The property was great lots of things to do and the beach was beautiful. A great place for families lots to do with children. The bad side was the room it was nothing like the pictures online. The door in the bathroom was broken and I couldn’t get out on the first day , the drawers in the chest wouldn’t shut and the key box had all kinds of paint and other stuff on it (it was nasty looking). It was an okay I’ll not go back because of the room."

"My only complaint is that the condition of my room needed alot of updates. The very cheap laminate floors in the bathroom were cracked and pulling up. My hotel door and balcony doors to extreme hard to open, close, and lock, it's almost like I had to jimmy the balcony door slot to secure it. The views were awesome! Staff super friendly "

"Property afforded me an excellent rate at the last minute.... Great location. It is definitely not a new property, but for one night on a business trip being ocean front, it was great. "

"Was charged for parking and didn’t get parking. Evening staff refused to help but put us on hold and hung up on us. Hot water didn’t work in kitchen. Tv wouldn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t work. We left early. Rented two rooms and had a baby with us and the floor was so dirty we couldn’t set him down. Could see under the door to outside and the back door to balcony wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. Highly unsatisfied. And still waiting on the money back for leaving early. Whole experience was horrible "

"All staffs we met were kind and professional. Plenty of parking spaces. Room, bed, and sheets were clean. Private balcony was nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach long hours daily. The only missing was no hangers for towels or swimsuits. We like the place and will return. Next time we remember to bring some hangers."

"Would have beenbetter if they fixed my shower. Went to front desk twice about it and it never was fixed. Thw water didn't spray just kind of trickled out. Made washing my hair impossible. Also the light by the bed stroked when turned on. Very dark in the room without curtains open. Made getting dressed hard. Also the check in process and the two other times I went to the front desk about the shower were very long processes, around 15 minutes. I also got locked out of my room when I was leaving, it was around 935 and I brought my bags to my car and went back for my dog and my card no longer worked. I then had to walk back to the front desk to get help getting in my room."

"Beautiful views...can't beat it! Sparse kitchen. Carpets could be cleaner. Be prepared to bring dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher soap because none is provided. Pools are cleaned everyday. Wonderful relaxing views. Be warned and know beach flags warnings and how to treat an undertow !"
