"Had a wonderful stay at Quill Residence. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Good hotel and the staff are fantastic"

"I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"It was ok"

"Quiet and peaceful location. However, could be an issue without own transport."

"Nice hotel close to KL Sentral. Clean, nice friendly staff"

"Nice roti canai breakfast nearby with voucher given by hotel"

"Accommodation is very basic and the photos don’t show the apartment in enough details, only the pool, general seating area and the front door. "

"very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good aircon, good location with covered bridge to Bansar LRT station, 1 stop to KL Sentral & Nu Sentral."
