"The room was okay.
However there was food left in the fridge from the previous guests the toilet was leaking the towels where dirty and had stains, the TV remote was filthy and the the TV did not work. All channels where showing no signal.
The bed was reasonable and the ac worked okay.

"Very nice budget hotel, clean and room had tea and coffee and a small fridge. Staff very friendly.
Only downside for me personally is that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable for me, other than that I wpuld recommend"
"Very enjoyable stay and well looked after by staff once there. Appartment was very updated and modern. Will definately book again in the near future. "
"The hotel offers convenient access to transportation and is situated near numerous restaurants, although the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, while the staff provided commendable service."

"Dean from reception was so lovely & welcoming from the moment we arrived.
It was a shame the bed was very uncomfortable in the room & the tv options were limited as much of the channels didn't work. "
"Incredible find in a tourist area that is full of activities. I rate the IBIS London Excel Docklands 5 Stars. My room is equipped with an Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, bath robe, full size towel, rain shower, window that overlooks the river, king bed, extra pillow, and big screen TV. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Best of all, the hotel is walking distance from the train station, restaurants, attractions and the water. It has a bar, restaurant and security system in house. All for under 100 pounds per night! "
"The bed and the pillows were not the most comfortable and when sitting on the toilet it had to be done sideways which isn't comfortable. The service was really good, when we requested extra pillows and the fan they happily obliged and allowed us to keep our car parked at the hotel after we had checked out which was really helpful l "
"Hotel is close to a bus stop and buses take you to Stratford underground station and shopping mall. Hotel room was compact but had everything I needed as a solo traveller. Coffee and tea were available the whole day in the reception area.
The breakfast was simple with all the basics like fried eggs, hash brown, sausages, bacon, beans, and cereal. It was enjoyable. The hotel staff was super friendly and I would definetly go back. "
"I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed.
The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference. A great experience overall, I'd happily stay again.
Kindly. Ahmed Nasser"
"The staff were so friendly and accomdating. Despite our issues with it being extremely noisy in our original room they sorted it immediately and moved us. Also, best hotel shower ever!"
"It had a very enjoyable stay at the Cranbrook hotel, the staff are so welcoming and kind and its such a cosy vibe, generally a comforting experience 😊 "
