Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation. A special mention to Kadek (apologies if the spelling is not exact), a member of the management team, whose professionalism and gracious presence elevated our experience even further. "Staff were lovely. They were very accomodating when we arrived early and we even upgraded (for a small price) to the seperate room with outside bathroom and kitchenette. Rooms were clean, towels fluffy and grounds and hotel itself of a balinese feel. Breakfast was ok. Basic but had the basics and variety, bacon, pastries fruit etc. Classed as a 4* but could do with some tlc with the pool and grounds and cupboards in the lovely outdoor bathroom. It was an enjoyable stay. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was great. "
