"Clean room but outdated carpet. Also the bedding is dirty but when we phone housekeeping they changed it right away. I booked a package with 6 days stay in Dusit unfortunately, it does not include breakfast although I choose with breakfast. It does not show in the details. Next time I make sure I tape a picture or video for documentation purposes. I’m dissatisfied we have to pay for our breakfast. The Dusit is a 5 star hotel but we were given a room that screams 2-3 star hotel. The carpet is outdated. The reception her name is Maia is good in general but I feel she didn’t really give us the support for the breakfast detail. The housekeepeing staff is excellent. The breakfast (we paid for it, apparently not included in the package is not bad). Our room is not big just a typical room overlooking the city. The refrigerator is not working. The only positive here is near to the mall and MRT."

"Everything was pleasant"

"Main issue with the hotel is that i booked a junior suite for 4 people. When we got there they said it inky had 1 queen bed and we would have to pay 1500 pesos for a second single bed. So my other child had to sleep on a tiny sofa. Even when i showed them the booking they said i should have known it would only sleep 2!!!"

"Breakfast so expensive"

"I had a bad experience overall from start of check-in with condo representative. First unit assigned to me was very poor. The unit smelled like kerosene gas and chemicals used for exterminating termites & such. I requested to move to a different unit. The unit assigned to me had cockroaches therefore I checked out the following day and did not utilize the Airport shuttle. Venice Residences is not well kept. I expect more from the rates of what I am paying for. Please exterminate your rooms, units, and spaces. "
