"Good set up , good rooms , scenic view. Spa was not operating , should have announced in advance since there are very few places around to spend time, mainly before rainy season. Reception does not have any information about the places around the location."

"Very poor rooms especially the bathroom Breakfast which we paid for didn’t give you much choice if any, no internet and generally cleanliness was very poor."

"First bad thing is check in time is 2 PM according to expedia check out time is 12:30 pm n Hotel management said its 12:00pm while they didn't mentioned that. At check out time they started calling at 12:25 to check out every 5 min they called. Staff Manager Amarth was very rude, started arguing. No room service nthng. For room rating is good but staff service is very poor"

Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"

"The natural beauty is good and intact . However the Villa was a bit run down . Breakfast spread was good . Several activities to do within the resort specially for children."
