"We booked a private room / bathroom and really enjoyed it. Very quaint location with a good view, cute rooms, and nice common area. The staff was friendly and helped us get a taxi up to the Pisac ruins. The breakfast was delicious as well, with multiple options available on the menu."

"The location to this hotel is very nice, walking distance to the main square and the views from the balcony rooms are beautiful. The photos are nicer than the actual hotel itself and the balconies are small with no chairs like the photos suggest. There is no heating available and I only had hot water for half of my stay there which was upsetting since it was very cold. "We thoroughly enjoyed the one night we spent on property. The room was immaculate, so pretty and updated. We had a jacuzzi suite. There was really only enough hot water to fill it, then that’s it. Very typical for the country/area. They were sure to provide extra blankets in the room already, as it does get chilly in Cuzco at night.     "They shuttled us from and to the airport. The property itself is a 15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. The breakfast is great the restaurant also has good options. Mabel who cleaned our room everyday in our week stay did a wonderful job. Yes, i would recommend this hotel. Their staff is really nice and customer service oriented. "
