"I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated the most was how safe I felt during my stay. The environment is very secure, which gave me peace of mind whether I was inside the hotel or coming back late. "Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from major attractions in the Center of Santiago, also close to M stations. Hotel has historic charm, which I appreciate, but could make good use of a face-lift (painting and furniture primarily). Breakfast is limited and slowly served in the morning; it needs improvement in the way it is handled. Reception staff were very helpful and internet connection is strong."
