Apartment was cozy. Breakfast was good.
Location was a little far from city centre. Checked in/out was a little confusing as we were directed to another location to collect keys and thought we need to go back to the same location to checked out but it was not so.

Very handy and convenient for a quick overnighter on the way up to the Highlands. We arrived late and left early, night porter was helpful and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Overall a pleasant stay.the bed comfort and quality of the room was high.
One small niggle was that the bathroom was very cold, and the heating grill was not working. We reported to reception on our first night but nothing was done.
Housekeeping was ok, although toiletries were not replenished and we had to ask for additional toiletries.
Staff were a little aloof and cold, without a smile or a greeting when we came or left.
Overall a decent product, if not the best.
