"I was a tad hesitant to book this into this hidden gem however very glad I did! Super friendly and very accommodating staff ! They are what makes this place a solid 10/10! Daily housekeeping was done and the smaller room was cleaned with fresh linens and towels. The only negative is they leave the hallway outside area lights on all night which soak low light in on ones face! "Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. "The staff always smiles which makes enjoy my time. Always happy to fulfill any request. It’s a small island filled with wonderful people, very inviting and happy just to share a smile! Getting anywhere on the island is never more than an hour away. Traffic looks daunting but once you get used to the proper side of the road, it’s more forgiving than it looks. People will always give you room. Hotel rooms are always clean, pool is clean and enjoyable to watch the little ones having fun."
