"The hotel itself is nice, i like the location because its not in the middle of the chaotic part of patong, staff is very friendly and respectful, but the main issue was our room, it was a beautiful room, but the humidity and the smell was unbearable, we did communicate this to the staff but they didn’t change the room, and said they will follow up but didn’t.. unfortunately. Other than that we liked everything but i wouldn’t stay here again because of the humid smell that really bothered us, i guess it was because our room was located in the lowest block of the hotel."

"Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The food and drink was excellent. A fantastic pool and facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Phuket "
