"Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. Reception and activities staff were nice but all other staff were poorly trained and confused. Premium price for below avg quality. "

"They didn’t have all the basic supplies like towels, dishes at mealtimes , lock for the safety deposit box and their excuse was that it was peak holiday season "

"The room was nowhere as depicted in the photos shown. It was the absolute worst hotel stay that I have ever had in my life. Breakfast was listed as included, however, apparently the location for breakfast was offsite, I would not know as I could not leave the place fast enough. The description listed as having a bar - not the case. A truly horrible experience"
