The location is perfect, at the heart of the city, walkable distance to all places of interest. Main thing to look forward to were the staff that were super hospitable! Extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating and giving guidance every step of the way and they were very quick too!

Very helpful and responsive staff. Anything you need and if they can help, they'll help immediately. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the night but it's safe and quiet inside. They have hbo go so you can watch your favourite movies. Nice that they have powerbank you can use when you go out. Rooms are very small but cosy. Shower is see thru from the little room.

Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs.Price was reasonable and free breakfast. This my 5th time stay in this hotel. Will be back again for my next trip.

1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Check in was very smooth and to my surprise I was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe room for FREE! I got a room in the 11th floor overlooking the sea and the view was brilliant. Hotel is pretty good and room looked fairly new and well maintained. Nice toiletries and innovative switches for lights. Bath tub was outside the bath room with no partition from the bed. So, couldn't use it but again I am not a big fan of bath tub anyway. Hands down for the...

Room was very clean and the staff are helpful.

Our standard twin beds room is small, about 13 sqm. enough space for 2 carryon luggages. Only not much walking space. I booked this room as the price is low so I can’t complain. They do have bigger rooms available. Everything else was good. The bed is very comfortable and aircon is cool. The staff are courteous and friendly too. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It’s simple but tasty. The location is a big plus. The hotel has been upgraded so I would recommend this to my friends.
