Very helpful and responsive staff. Anything you need and if they can help, they'll help immediately. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the night but it's safe and quiet inside. They have hbo go so you can watch your favourite movies. Nice that they have powerbank you can use when you go out. Rooms are very small but cosy. Shower is see thru from the little room.

Strategically located in the city centre, you get a contemporary-themed room - spacious, clean, and well equipped. A restobar serving great food just across the street and numerous other famous food stalls within minutes’ walk. Almost perfect!

Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs.Price was reasonable and free breakfast. This my 5th time stay in this hotel. Will be back again for my next trip.

Hotel was near jetty and was suitable to go islands hopping anytime. Nearby shopping mall and night market. Booked family room and was surprised the room was big. Breakfast spread was impressive. The seaview from the swimming pool was great too. Will definitely go back again.

1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. Negative stuff first, the WiFi is painfully slow and the rooms have little or no sound proofing so you can often hear your neighbours or people in the hallway. So why the 5* review? Because for the price this is an excellent hotel, cheap, lovely rooms, great staff and perfect location. My 1st choice when in KK.

Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Check in was very smooth and to my surprise I was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe room for FREE! I got a room in the 11th floor overlooking the sea and the view was brilliant. Hotel is pretty good and room looked fairly new and well maintained. Nice toiletries and innovative switches for lights. Bath tub was outside the bath room with no partition from the bed. So, couldn't use it but again I am not a big fan of bath tub anyway. Hands down for the...
