Great location, there are bars and restaurants just less than 3 mins walk away. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Short stroll to nearby shopping street as well. Will stay here again in Shanghai.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable and in a beautiful location near the Changfeng Park and convenient being next to the Joy City Mall. Breakfast is good. Only minor issue is that sound proofing could be better. I heard my neighbour belt out Chinese songs to my amusement and another neighbour practising the violin.

This hotel was absolutely outstanding. The room was cleaned meticulously. Very well designed and thoughtful. There were many fantastic little touches that made this a luxury experience, including the evening turn down service and the amenities in the room (Dyson hair dryer). I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know.

Fantastic location with very clean rooms. Rooms are well appointed with USB A & C chargers and wireless chargers. The kids themed rooms are amazing and kept the kids well entertained in the room.

Clean room, good breakfast, convenient location and very helpful staff

The counter staff was helpful to make sure that we were given the same room style featured in Expedia where we booked. The room equipped with a digital assistant whom you can command it to adjust lighting, aircon, music and curtains. It is very convenient with Wuding metro station just next to it. The breakfast were very delicious with varieties. Except the shower tap which is a tad dated and insufficient light around dressing table/ sink.

I stumbled on Hilton city hotel and decided to try it. My first impression was wowed by the Guest Eervices Manager John, he was extremely personable and went the extra mile to do check in and escorted me to the room. He also offered any assistance in case I need, this is excellent and I definitely recommend my colleagues and myself will return. Well done Hilton City Hotel and kudos to John!

Lovely room - immaculately cleaned every day the moment we left the room. Great views of the city. Absolutely would come back!
