"Cleaning was awful, nasty. We bought cleaning supplies for the bathroom and blankets ( one of the twin size beds on the family room has blood stains), every time we put the cleaning sign they just took the trash on the little bins. No vacuum. No cleaning, not making the bed, they even left the cards on the bedroom. The halls smelled like a mix of smoke and humidity. We try to changed hotels but couldn't find anything on the area. The only positive were the people at reception were nice, the airport bus was right in front of the hotel, convenience store next door and currency changed next door. I will never used this hotel again , it was just too dirty. "

"I loved my stay at this hotel. I stayed for 2 weeks and I’m happy I chose to stay here. The location is perfect! So many places in walking distance, but there is a subway station close by. The airport limousine bus stop to the airport is only a few metres away too. My room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was also nice and quiet. The view from my window was beautiful too, especially at night! My only suggestion would be to have a little more space to store your clothes. The reception staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful! The housekeeping staff are excellent too. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back next year :)"
