"We really Appreciated the airport pickup, the staff of this hotel is great! We were able to leave the luggages also the breakfast was very good and convenient before the trip to Macchiu Picchu . Very nice view !"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. Small mishap on first day when I thought I had no hot water but blue knob was actually hot and red knob was cold. Fresh breakfast and fruit. Please note that the laid out breakfast is not all- the little counter and window right there, you can ask for scrambled eggs. Also no elevator, so if you’re on the second or third floor, have to climb steps and hotel is also on the top of a hill for those with ambulatory problems. Otherwise excellent and staff very helpful. Had someone come to the train to pick me up and someone else brought me back to the train"

"Hector met us at the train station,then brought our bags to our room. Hector showed us our beautiful room with jacuzzi . He then told us the wine was complimentary , upon check out he said the wine was 246 soles.We reluctantly paid it. "

"We only stayed here one night before going to Machu Picchu, but we were very satisfied. Pepe picked us up at the train and took us to the hotel, he made sure we got everything we needed. The accommodation was very comfortable, room was clean and the hotel overall looked very pleasurable. "

"Location is good. The property is clean. The river view rooms are nice, a bit small unless you get a balcony room. The small double bed was comfortable. No air conditioning. Breakfast room has wonderful river views. Breakfast was just OK. Like most things in Aguas Caliente it's over priced. "

"Many of the hotels in the area have both good and terrible reviews— one main concern of mine was the shower conditions (many reported low pressure and no hot water). I switched to this B&B last minute and it was such a little gem! Perfect view of the river w/ a balcony (some reported that the river was loud when trying to sleep— I live next to the 405 fwy, so actually enjoyed the sound of rushing water). The beds were comfy, and the shower had the strongest pressure and hottest water! I wish I would’ve taken one more shower to last me the rest of my Peru trip. I loved this place and will stay here again next time I visit Aguas Calientes/ will recommend to friends."

"Great location; staff is accommodating and very pleasant. We liked the tea selection in the lobby- nice touch. Everything worked. We could hear the sound of the river when we opened the window- relaxing. It’s walking distance to the hot springs (we were not impressed by the hot springs), a multitude of restaurants, and the train station."
