"The room was clean. They upgraded us to a city view but all we see are backs of buildings. The shower sprays all over. The floor was so wet after my shower. The breakfast was phenomenal. Stella was fantastic!"

Room: Ocean View was incredible. Staff: 5-star service! Professional and welcoming. We truly felt at home and consider this the best hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam. "the room was clean, bright and airy. super comfortable bedding. great ac. amazing view. didn’t notice the traffic noise. it is a little further away from everything although there is a convenience store next door, very convenient. i loved the automatic/built in bidet. afternoon tea was very good. they did call my room every morning for breakfast, although didn’t utilize. only drawback, the bathroom was very dark, especially over the shower area. the shower area was also very small "
