"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice bonus. Walking distance to several stores and shops. The only issue we had was the tub on the balcony did not generate hot water."

"The overall experience was good, on the river and next to Iconsiam was a bonus. The evening international Seafood buffet at Flow was not up to expectations. The Roast meat section was not very appetising, pre cut slices of meat were cold, accompanying vegetables such as chargrilled cauliflower was overcooked and cold , the red wine sauce accompanying the beef looked like old engine oil and tasted extremely salty.. The chocolate fudge cake did not have any taste appeal and the ice cream served was not of good quality."

"We got the large room, 700+ sq. ft. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! For only about $75 a night...unbelievable. Big picture window on two sides of the room...great views and tons of space. Lots of options on the buffet breakfast, pay the extra for it. Well worth it. Good location near the river with a water taxi stop just a couple of minutes walk away. The first 4+ floors of the building are a mart/market. Better prices for clothes than almost every other place we shopped. Highly recommended."
