Staff throughout the resort is extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of hills on property but there is always someone to give you a lift if you don’t want to climb them Spa is great and a good deal. "Great experience mainly thanks to an amazing staff running this hotel and its amenities. We came with a 1 year old baby and we had (almost) everything we needed! Everyone's so kind and generous although the hotel seemed very packed and busy! Left us with a great feeling of coming back again in the future The room is a bit small. We reserved a 32 m sqr room, but it doesn't feel this size. We had to upgrade to another one. "
