"Great bar restaurant downstairs. I was staying alone but was made to feel very welcome and looked after by the staff. For the price, I thought the room was great. Incredible location only 10 minute walk from the station. And the continental breakfast in the morning was perfect. Can’t really complain at all. Thank you guys it was brilliant. "

"Clean and functional room. Drains in bathroom very slow draining was only issue. Only 1 lift working in hotel which meant long waits especially when the keys seemed to not work every time I went to open the door. But the staff were excellent, very apologetic, friendly and just generally great customer service. "

And for this reason, I would not be returning, so lucky to get a small car parking space; otherwise, it would have meant parking off-site, which I would not have liked at all. The reception team were not very good at all, and had very poor customer service. Very disappointing "
