"I was traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues so this was a great choice for our flight with virgin airlines as the hotel is just steps away. I booked a family room with accessible bathroom. It was perfect, except for having no windows. The room features a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and free bottles of water. Heathrow assistance came to the hotel and help transfer us to check-in and throughout the airport to our gate. The hotel was not inexpensive, but worth every penny just for this service."

"Over all this hotel was very pleasant, however and I know it’s not the hotels fault, but we had a baby somewhere next to us that cried most of the night and when we had to be up at 4am for a flight, it just wasn’t ideal. "
