"Staff were friendly and air-conditioning was really strong; perfect for the hot summer weather. Location is really good too, 5-10 minutes walk from the central station. Only downside is that the stairwell is pretty narrow and there wasn’t lift access to our rooms so we had to carry 2 large luggage up the narrow stairwell into our rooms."

"Great location. Easily checked in with their self check in kiosk. Could get very busy in the lobby when flights were cancelled/delayed and there were a lot of passengers checking in. This was one of few places during our trip that had an ice machine which was appreciated. Located close to a bus terminal to make getting around Amsterdam easy with there tap in/tap off credit card system. Shuttle was easy to use and easy to find at the airport but as it went to a possible 3 different Ibis Hotels in the area, it could be very busy especially when having to transport larger bags. Would definitely recommend this to travelers. Can not comment on the bar/breakfast as we did not use this due to it being a bit pricey."
