Great rooms and facilities

Conveniently located in CBD, staff is friendly and vicinity to a lot of cafes

Chris at the front desk delivered truly outstanding service. I arrived on a rainy Christmas Eve after a long 7-hour drive and was greeted with the warmest smile, a complimentary upgrade, late checkout, a welcome bag, and personal escort to the elevator — all offered proactively and with genuine care. The room was comfortable in size. One of the better hotel compared to some better known chain hotel. Complimentary coffee/tea, cookies and fruit available 24 hours is very much appreciated.

Great experience checking to check out

A comfortable stay in the very spacious suite. Daily housekeeping with plentiful towels. Free charging for electric cars. There is a convenient shop on site. A healthier selection of baked goods for breakfast would make the place perfect.

Good location, ease of check-in and check-out, option for service daily, clean and comfortable room at a good price. Really enjoyed the zen garden to chill in the afternoons.
