Sir, we did our best. Our front desk clerk gave you the breakfast vouchers which go with our restaurant. Demanding a refund for your entire stay because you decided you didn't like our selection of food is unreasonable not to mention you caused a scene in public. If you continue to insist that our property cannot meet you expectations then you are free to take your business elsewhere.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The only downside is that the AC in the room was in a corner half blocked by the desk so there wasn't much airflow. They have complementary cookies in the evening, hot chocolate and the gym was fantastic.

The hotel was fine. It just was to noisy from the freeway and toilet.

Excellent stay the best ever
This the first hotel where I didn’t have to complain or ask them to give me a clean room. I loved everything about this hotel my 6 year old daughter didn’t want to leave. Whenever I’m back visiting here I will definitely be booking with this hotel. Thanks for the amazing and comfortable stay. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The gentleman that checked us in was very efficient, friendly, and professional. The room was very claen and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern with the vanity outside the door from the shower and toilet, which is nice. The hotel was quiet and we slept very well!
