My flight was delayed and I had to drive 12 hours through thunderstorms and high winds and closed highways finally arrived here and the bar was open and they had prosciutto flatbread, fresh French toast and berries for breakfast comfortable and hot showers. What more could you ask for. Love the property.

We went to Reno for a car show at the Convention center and everything was great. Minus the noises on the Main Street at night with cars going by but that has nothing to do with the hotel they can’t control that. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Staff was amazing. Very nice. The pool area was beautiful and great to hang out with our group that stayed there too. The bar was nice too, the bar food was amazing especially the flat breads. The breakfast had plenty of options for a quick grab to tie you over til lunch, but go early, we went around 730 and there was so much food left. Don’t expect like a buffet cuz it’s not. There’s cereal, oatmeal bar muffins bagels. And they had French toast bacon and eggs. The coffee was fabulous. If we go back to Reno which is in the plans we will stay again

This is a pet friendly hotel and it is our top choice when we go to Reno. In the past, the hotel did not charge for parking, and now they do. The parking slots are limited, so even we paid for parking, when we came back late at night, we were not able to find a spot. The complimentary breakfast is nice but items are very limited. We went down at 9am and was told the bacons were out.

THE REASON FOR THE LOWER SCORE: WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF LEAVING AND HEADING EAST TO OUR DESTINATION, I REALIZED I HAD LEFT 2 OF MY 32 OZ CUSTOM PAINTED STAINLESS STEEL WATER BOTTLES IN THE REFRIGERATOR IN OUR ROOM. I CALLED, LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE LOST & FOUND VOICEMAIL SAYING I WOULD BE RETURNING ON MONDAY, MARCH 11 AND WOULD LIKE TO PICK THEM UP. WHEN I CAME IN ABOUT 10:30 AM MONDAY, THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS DISBELIEVING AND UNHELPFUL. KEPT ASKING THE SAME QUESTION ABOUT 5-6 TIMES, DID SOMEBODY CALL YOU BACK? HE WAS ACTUALLY A LITTLE RUDE ABOUT IT. WHY WOULD YOUR HOTEL HAVE A LOST & FOUND VOICEMAIL BOX, IF NOBODY IS GOING TO CHECK IT? OR HAVE AN ACTUAL LOST & FOUND? WHAT HAPPENED TO MY WATER BOTTLES - DID THEY GET THROWN IN THE TRASH OR TAKEN HOME BY SOMEBODY IN HOUSEKEEPING?

The Hotel is beautiful - bar is quant - lots of places to sit and comfortable areas. Our Room was not cleaned properly - sheets not changed , no body wash , no lotion (both were in bathroom just empty) floors clearly not cleaned. My husband went to desk they promptly moved us to up graded room. Which was clean.

Parking is an extra ten bucks even though you are in the middle of nowhere and the hotels own the parking garage. At the height of the free breakfast they ran out of silverware but kept making French toast. How that worked out was beyond me. Last, the outside lights are so bright that no room darkening shade can compete. Dogs allowed on all floors, so get ready for some barking in the hallways.

New look hotel love ! No carpet! Clean , People please always start of and tell us if it’s dated and if it has carpet and if it’s clean lol I will do my part I travel every weekend so I feel these is important.

Super friendly staff, the bartenders were super nice too! Very dog friendly place, a lot of outdoor area to take your dog out. And the room and space itself was very clean. Will definitely be back!

overall a great stay. staff was professional. the room we got is on 4th floor and adjacent to the street so we it was a quiet. Climate control is a bit confusing. shower stall is slippery (when wet) so we have to out a towel on the shower floor. free breakfast was not bad at all. Not just a simple continental. Also not bad selections on their happy hour bar.

Between the TV in the LR not working at all and the flood in our bathroom; I was astonished that the only thing the hotel would do was offer me some free chips or soda. I will never stay with this company again.

Friendly staff that were very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Love that you have a Happy Hour. No smoking in your hotel is FANTASTIC! The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well lit. We appreciated the refrigerator for our dinner leftovers.

Best hotel in Reno!
Excellent! Staff was friendly and professional. Room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Granted it is very new, so it hasn’t been used a lot yet. But it was great. If you have cigarette smoke smell of the casinos, this is also the place for you. Highly recommend!!

New hotel dog friendly nice breakfast and very friendly staffs. Great location the only down side is I can hear car noise from the window because my room was facing the street side. Everything else is 5 stars will stay again.

Great all round
It’s a great place. Good prices, nice new location, great staff. Rooms are very well equipped, and only once was part of a room not wiped down like you’d hope. Dog friendly! Parking is great, lots of EV charging (if people haven’t been squatting), and Supercharging is available right there. Walking distance to a grocery store is nice since the rooms have kitchens

Great hotel to stay.
Great place to stay at Reno. Hotel is good. Services are great. The street noise is a little bit too much during night time because of just next to a busy street. Otherwise will be perfect.
