"This hotel is very nice and has a studio"esque" about the rooms, every component of the hotel is extremely clean and very new. The reception staff have poor English but are very helpful. The hotel pool is based within the courtyard of rooms and is too very nice. A couple of downers about this hotel is the smell when you turn the shower and other taps on, it's as if the hotel isn't quite properly finished, the stench of the sewers is horrific. "From the moment we arrived at the Bali Beach Hotel, we were impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING! What we loved most was the incredible staff. Every single worker, whether stopping for a conversation or simply passing us in the hallway, greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm hello. It’s those little things that make such a big difference! We had a wonderful check-in experience with Day, and Mutiara was absolutely exceptional in looking after me and my family when it came to checking out on what we knew what going to be a long wait until our flight! The staff at breakfast and dinner were equally beautiful, always welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was 10/10, and the restaurants served excellent food. The concierge team was fantastic, organising taxis and even arranging our laundry collection. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms have everything you need, and we loved the thoughtful afternoon service, when staff would come by to replenish towels and water. And the pool? HUGE! We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect for us, slightly north of the main area but still an easy walk to restaurants, markets and Icon mall. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The service, facilities and attention to detail made our family holiday so special. We will most certainly be choosing Bali Beach Hotel again on our next trip to Sanur! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. ❤️"

It was perfect for a family of five and could comfortably have accommodated an extra person in our room. Short walk to main strip through the back gate or a cheap taxi to all major spots if you prefer to stay out of the heat. Would highly recommend."

"Great location, right on the beach walk, only a 5 min walk to the icon mall and right beside the turtle conservation centre where you can release a turtle back into the wild for a small donation. Breakfast was good, just enough to get you up and going for the day. Pool was large and a great place to spend the hot days, staff are always helpful. We stayed in a suite which was more than plenty of room for a couple, there’s a massage centre at the hotel which provided a great relaxing getaway from the hot days. We would stay here again if we were to stay in Sanur."

"We had a wonderful stay at Segara Village Hotel, our room was clean, staff were extremely helpful, wonderful amenities, beautiful lush grounds, the buffet breakfast was great and Byrd House Restaurant in the hotel and on the beach were so convenient. We had some wonderful lunches and dinners at Byrd House. It's easy to walk through the hotel onto the beach path for walks with lovely sea and beach views. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. I can highly recommend Segara Village Hotel"
