"Mostly a positive experience. The property grounds are well maintained very cool designs with the restaurants acting street strip. Food was very good except for the Route 66 restaurant very average and boring menu. Most of the staff were very attentive ie bartenders, servers, grounds keepers, and hostesses. The only thing that was very disappointing was the “butler” who was worthless. The first day the ac had a issue and he promised he would have it taken care of 2 days later he’s nowhere to be found not answering messages, so I just call the front desk and the issue was fixed within the hour. I’m still giving the resort 5 stars with some of the issues I encountered it was made up for by exception service by the other employees. "

"The property was very well kept. One of the cleanest resorts I’ve stayed at. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Yayson on the beach provided great service. The resort really catered to kids. They had scheduled activities throughout the day. Every restaurant had a separate room for kids to play while parents enjoyed their meals . I would highly recommend this resort and plan to come back soon. "

"The property and staff was amazing. Nothing going on outside the property. No fault of theirs; the seaweed on the beach was being collected daily by the truckloads. Diesel smell was bad from the truck. Government controlled beach. "
