There was no VIP access. Had the basic room.

The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Service was of the highest standard. Location of the hotel was excellent.

Nice view and big rooms. Nice and comfy. Very near to all attractions to San Marco and the small Jewish town.

A lovely little place with wonderful staff. All 4 of them. Room a little small and not really soundproofed. Poor internet connectivity. But well kept property. Lovely breakfast. Personalised service. Great location.

Amazing property in the heart of Venice. With its private pier, it allows guests to allow fuzz free and in style away from the crowds. This also offers a beautiful way to experience the grand canal as you first enter Venice and as you bid farewell to this beautiful city. The rooms were gorgeously and tastefully decorated, showcasing the rich Venetian heritage. The service from hotel staff was immaculate.

we totally missed the hotel entrance and once we settled in, location is great! Just 5 mins walk to San Marco! We were surprised by a a bottle of champagne awaiting us in the hotel room upon check-in! Room comfort was awesome and I love the room luxurious decor, especially the chandelier with sparkling candle lamps! We truly enjoyed the complimentary day tour to Murano Island and which we extended our tour to Burano. Highly recommend this hotel :)

This is one of the best that we came across in this Europe trip. The hotel and the room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was also nice and was served in bright clean room. I will highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a very good rest after touring around Venice (which is not easy to walk and navigate around). Service is also good and they gave us good information and advice about Venice. However, we were quite disappointed that there were no washroom for us to use...

It was a fantastic experience staying in Charming House DD724. It was surprisingly really easy finding the hotel from Venezia Santa Lucia railway station, short walk from the Vaporetto stop nearby, and easy to get back to the railway station on our departure date as well. The reception staff was warm, friendly and sincere, giving us recommendations on where to shop/eat nearby, which they got spot on by the way! It is like staying at a close friend's house, walking up the stairs to find...

Excellent little boutique hotel, literally stone throw from the train station. Don't judge the hotel from it's outside entrance, once inside, great cosy feel and friendly staff. Simple and nice breakfast too.
