"The Grand Sirenis Rivera Maya is a wonderful resort. There are three huge pools which are all different and all fun. Excellent food at both of the buffets and at the themed restaurants that we tried, which included the Mexican, Asian, and Mediterranean restaurants. It is quite a large property with many well maintained walkways that connect all of the areas. We enjoyed this about the Grand Sirenis, and had some great times just walking around from place to place and getting some god exercise in the process. A unique feature is the lazy river, which we found to be a "not so lazy" river with a pretty good current. It was fun to float around and swim through it as well. My daughter especially enjoyed swimming through the lazy river as did I. The rooms were large, very nice, and well equipped with everything that you would expect at a resort of this type. The beach area was also very large and had a lot of different areas to enjoy. Unfortunately, we went during Sargassum season so the beaches were not swimmable due to the abundance of seaweed. I can only imagine how beautiful the beaches would be during the seasons where Sargassum is not an issue, and of course, that is all beyond the control of the resort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Grand Sirenis and wold definitely return for a future visit."

"The property was beautiful. The pools and lagoon were wonderful. The staff were friendly and courteous. My family loved it, we would book this property again in an instant. The dining options were varied and good quality. The a-la-carte restaurants were very good, but difficult to get a reservation to. The beach club buffet was by far our favorite. Carlos, our waiter was wonderful. It was a challenge to get a cup of coffee before 7am, which was a little mystifying. The property is huge and I could imagine that someone with mobility issues might find it challenging. My wife and I walked 8 to 10 miles a day, by choice. The shuttle service ran every 10 minutes, but I rarely waited for it. We enjoyed the Park Xcaret entrances from the hotel and used them every day. We stayed a total of 8 days and it wasn't enough. "

"Great all-inclusive experience at Bahía Príncipe in Tulum! The food was delicious with lots of variety, and the service, cleanliness, entertainment, and transportation were all top-notch. The room was a bit small for our family of four, but we managed just fine. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"Personally this was our first time staying at an All Inclusive resort and we couldn’t be more happier with our stay. Everything was wonderful! The dining options, the staff, the endless amounts of activities as well as entertainment options made our stay that much more memorable. With only a few minutes walk to a private beach and ability to swim in the ocean all day long, as well as numerous pools in the resort and the option to reserve a room with its only private pool, Secrets Akumal has indeed set a high bar when it comes to All Inclusive resorts and we will definitely be going back. We had an amazing time and enjoyed all of the services. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to enjoy a week of vacation without the stress of having to arrange all the things that comes with planning for a vacation. "This is the second time I visited Royal Catalonia Tulum. The first time I came solo, which was a wonderful experience, and this time I came with a group of 5 women and stayed for 5 days. We all had an excellent time. The food is delicious, the place feels very safe, the ocean is calm, the water is clear, and the water temperature was great for swimming. We did many activities; stretching, yoga, water aerobics, dancing, volleyball, and bingo. You can spend your time there just relaxing or mix it up with the many fun activities that are planned throughout the day and evening. It’s also fun to walk along the beach, and we got up to watch the sunrise almost every day. My favorite restaurant is Adelita, and Evangelina was our awesome waitress both times. Breakfast and lunch offered many healthy and delicious options, and Quetzabel is incredibly welcoming. She remembered our name after about a day. Everyone working at the resort is so kind and helpful, and they speak English surprisingly well. Beatriz at the front desk was super helpful and arranged our dinner plans and answered any questions we had. Eddie (Edgar) is an amazing dancer, activity leader and just overall wonderful human being. Jesus drove the golf cart and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Marti cleaned our room and it was so fun to come back to our room after swimming all day to find a spotless room with a new creative design with the bedding. We’ll be back!"

"The property is beautiful, quiet and romantic. All of the staff are friendlly, the food is great and they have plenty of options. We had a private pool, it was nice but we barely used it. We stayed in building 68 which was in the perfect location. Close to the pool and the Helios which we ate breakfast at every morning. 800meter walk to the gym and about 400 meters from the lobby and most of the restaurants. Our butler Gabriel was amazing! He booked all of our reservations and made sure we had everything we needed our entire stay, from the time we arrived to the time we left we have zero complaints. We would highly recommend this resort."
