"The night we checked in. There was an error at the front desk, and we were checked into a 2 BR. I have to show my confirmation to prove that I only booked one room. It was properly handled. Upon entering the room. It wasn't the way it was featured on the site. Left for a late dinner. When we came back. Used the restroom, and cockroaches were crawling by the sink. No hair dryer, wifi wasnt working. The following night, there were cockroaches crawling on the floor again. The ref was turned on, but not that functional. Just tried to bear with it since we are there for a few days and we only needed a place to sleep."

"The property is clean but need a little update. The staff and service is awesome, easy check in and out process. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but found a small bug in the living room. I didn’t use the kitchen area but looks clean and ready to be use."

"Happy to have stayed at this hotel. The location was great. Easy access to areas I wanted to see. The room was clean and staffs upfront and dining areas were all nice and friendly. Items needed in the room were sent with out waiting for a long wait. "
