10/10 Excellent

Kobe Bay Sheraton is conveniently located next to the train station. The hotel staff can speak good English and are very helpful. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comforty. There is a big supermarket nearby which sells very good fried food. Shuttle bus to sannomiya, shopping city and Osaka Universak studio.

Overall good stay. It is good that they provide shuttle service to sannomiya.

Conveniently located beside the station and malls with many food and shopping options. It makes the ended a day spent in the theme park very manageable in terms of not having to travel far out for food. It also makes waking up easy as we do not have to wake up extra early to travel to usj.

The room is clean and spacious. I like that it could still fit a small table in the room for light meals. The shower and toilet is separated which is very convenient and saves time.
