"Overall good stay at Riu Reggae! Took niece for graduation trip! Rooms looked exactly as described and were certainly clean. Housekeeping does great job cleaning up the beach sand every evening. Hotel entertainment was ok. The virtual videos at night at the stage area wasn’t too great. Main issue was I lost two nights of quality sleep due to possibly the roof ventilation system noise going for hours at night when we were moved to Room 2011 above the Ackee restaurant. Knocked off a star for the disturbance. Also the balcony views aren’t the best from this room/building location. Before we were switched to this room for the double beds I selected garden view (kept it basic). On balcony for Room 2011, you are looking at the entrances to the opposite building and the roof. You have to turn at an angle to get the partial ocean view. Next time I’d upgrade to ocean view . Enjoyed Ackee buffet and Dolce Italian restaurant for the ital breakfast food and the well seasoned mussels and calamari at the Italian spot!"

"The property was nice to take photos, pool is huge and spacious. The downsides of this hotel are as follows: Staff inconsistencies meaning every staff have something different to say, food was not so good not much varieties. Y'all need to have more jerk spot base on the size of the property. Entering the villa was smelly, they could place some nice air freshners on the stairways. We could sense that this hotel need structure, hence workers inconsistent behaviors. Overall, its a nice place but need to be re-managed."

"This property is for those looking for a peaceful stay. Very small all inclusive resort with limited entertainment, but interesting amenities like a martini bar, coffee bar. The entire property is covered in beautifully maintained tropical foliage as you navigate to and from your room. The staff are very friendly and attentive and keep you smiling. You feel very welcome. The beach is stunning with only a short walk across the main road supported by guards. Water is warm, clear and shallow, and sand is white and very fine. Loungers are in abundance with some grass huts and large trees to provide shade. Large beachside bar and eating area with a limited menu of jerk chicken, nachos, hamburgers and hot dogs with fries,salad and onion rings. Servers are available for drinks and food at your lounger. Rooms are very much like elevated cabins, a little small by all inclusive standards but perfectly fine for couples.Nightime nature sounds were nice. Food is good, not great. As expected, smaller scale than bigger all inclusive but hot and fresh and always found something good to eat. Overall a very nice peaceful place to sit back and relax. A unique vacation spot."

"Oh, the Azul! This resort is an absolute stunner, a true tropical paradise that offered us so many moments of pure joy. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome, their warm greetings and accommodating nature setting a fantastic tone for our stay. Our room? Immaculate! And the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking, a postcard-perfect panorama of the island's natural beauty. The vibrant energy of the bar staff near the entrance was infectious – always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. However, a slight dip in the otherwise stellar service occurred with the bar staff by the restaurant where breakfast was served. It felt a bit disheartening when they'd engross themselves in their own conversations, leaving us waiting a little longer than expected. On a brighter note, the security team patrolling the beach were absolute legends, super cool and always ensuring our peace of mind. And the breakfast servers? Genuinely friendly and attentive, adding a lovely start to our mornings. We were also promised a meeting with a resort representative to discuss our stay and receive a $100 credit, a perk we were looking forward to. Unfortunately, this meeting never materialized, and to our surprise, there was no follow-up or apology offered. "This resort recently opened, so everything felt brand new and impeccably maintained. We stayed on the adults-only side, while still having access to the entire resort, which made the experience even better. One thing that really stood out was the restaurant layout — all of the restaurants are conveniently located in one area, which was a great concept, and the food was phenomenal throughout our stay. The activities were enjoyable overall, but the highlight for us was definitely the “Paint & Sip.” Surprisingly, it wasn’t advertised on the resort app, and we only discovered it because someone approached us while we were relaxing in the lobby. We even brought our canvas home with us as a reminder of such a memorable trip. One area that could be improved would be the daytime food options available at the bars, as the selection felt a bit limited. To top it all off, the resort even has a dispensary on-site — something we never expected to see at a resort. We also didn’t realize there was a casino until we received a review notification afterward, so better promotion of some of the resort amenities could enhance the guest experience even more. We will be back in the future."
