"Hotel was nice and well maintained. Definitely a bit older and a pretty standard Tokyo sized room but we enjoyed our stay overall. I did develop some back pain after this stay as the bed was quite firm. The sauna and public bath was nice and had more amenities than in the room."

"This hotel was very welcoming and so clean (it just opened at the time of this review). Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff and were offered tea and coffee while checking in. The room was very clean and nice. Only concern was there was no iron or steamer in the room, but I imagine you can ask the hotel to provide one at check-in. Otherwise I would highly recommend! Location is right across from Ebisu station which is one stop away from Shibuya (7 min train ride). "

"What a fabulous hotel. Great location, amazing amount of restaurants right in the hotel, and one of the nicest club lounges we have had which is on 2 levels as well. The staff are incredible of course. Highly reccomend, and would definitely stay again."
