"Clean room! Slippers were placed on either side of the king bed. Room was all ready and waiting for us. It was very noisy on the street side at night which isn’t something they can really change. The only improvement the room needs is actual drawers! All of the ones under the TV are filled with coffee and mini-bar stuff. Very busy hotel but in a fantastic location next to Circular Quay and The Rocks. "

"The only real downside is the hotel's location on a steep hill. While it puts you in the heart of the charming Rocks area, the walk back up from the Circular Quay waterfront can be a bit of a workout. But i wouldn’t let that discourage your from booking this hotel. If you have mobility concerns or heavy shopping bags, you’ll definitely want to opt for a quick Uber or taxi. Aside from the short climb, this is a world-class stay. For the views alone, it’s worth every penny."

"Clean, spacious room, got an early check in, big comfy bed, awesome location close to buses that go to all the main beaches within a few minutes, restaurants and shops close by. Nice breakfast with great flat whites. All staff were helpful and friendly."
