"I like this hotel and always stay here when I visit Taipei. The room is always clean and comfy. Starbucks is right downstairs next to the lobby. The location is in residential area and not as convenient, but MRT which goes everywhere in Taipei is in 10 minutes walking distance. "

"The room was fantastic. We had a balcony with outdoor furniture where we sat and enjoyed the view, complimentary drinks and fruit. There was an in-room onsen with hot spring water. Excellent for a soak when you can’t be bothered to go through the trouble of getting to the public bath (which was also great, with sauna and steam room). The bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was fab. The room rate was not cheap but at least we were not disappointed. "

"Spacious rooms. Good breakfast with amazing views from dining room. I was able to check in 2 hours early. Also has a shuttle to take you to ximen station although it is only a 10 minute walk anyway."

"Staff at the hotel were amazing. They were all very nice and extremely helpful. On the day of our flight, the manager helped bring all of our suitcases down to the taxi and even gave us some drinks and snacks because she was worried that we didn’t have time to have breakfast."
