"Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way."

"This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location just a short walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The restaurant was a highlight—delicious food with great variety, beautifully prepared and presented. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall, a wonderful stay that combined comfort, great dining, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in one of the Andean cottages for two nights, which was a perfect place to relax in between exploring the nearby villages, Moray ruins and Maras salt pans. The food was delicious and we especially loved the complimentary breakfast buffet! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We would definitely come back! "
